We understand plans can change. Our refund schedule is based on how far in advance you cancel:

• 7+ days before check-in — Full refund
• 3 days before check-in — 50% refund
• Less than 3 days before check-in — No refund

Prefer to reschedule? If you cancel at least 3 days before check-in, you can apply your payment toward a future stay within 12 months instead of taking a refund; just let us know when you cancel.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. In cases of emergency or extraordinary circumstances, reach out; we’ll always do our best to work with you.
